Good to know
Each problem lists its row and the line it starts on, so you can find it in a text editor. Rows keep their original cells.
Unlike the other CSV tools, this one reads files that are not valid CSV and never stops at the first error.
Text files up to 5 MB are supported. Downloads are encoded as UTF-8.

Questions
What does “text after a closing quote” mean?
A cell such as "Kyoto"x has characters after its closing quote, which most importers reject. Remove them or quote the whole cell.
Can it fix the broken rows automatically?
It separates them so you can fix a few rows by hand, and gives you a clean file with the well-formed rows.
